Mr Maddaloni is a technology entrepreneur with specific interest in cyber security and media tech. His media career started at Fox. He then spent 16 years at ESPN International in both New York and London, where he was Marketing and Business Development Director - EMEA, and latterly Director of Digital Media, involving the development and rollout of ESPN’s flagship mobile apps.
He is founder and CEO of Bridgehead Partners, an Israeli consultancy firm that conducts strategic business development in the USA, UK and South America for technology companies.
Mr Maddaloni holds a BA and MBA from Pace University, New York.
Yaron Avrami, COO
Mr Avrami was a member of the Special Operations Unit of the Israel Defense Forces.
He spent 17 years as Commander of the Technological Operations Unit of the Office of the Prime Minister. Mr Avrami spent most of his career managing classified activities, related to cyber security and physical security of the State of Israel. He is also the founder and CEO of SXT Ltd and Coya Ltd.
Oren Attias, CTO
Mr Attias is an expert in risk management and information security, with over 15 years of experience in the fields of cyber risks, hacking, research and development of information security products, forensics and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) in the financial sector and Israeli Governmental Agencies.
Mr Attias holds a BSc degree in Electronic & Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University, and holds a number of international certifications including CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA and ISO 27001 lead auditor.
Francisco Canos, CFO and EVP Europe
Mr Canos is a technology investor, with a specific interest in finding innovation and cyber technology for the banking sector in Europe. He had a long and successful career in banking, including as Managing Director for Risk Solutions and Managing Director responsible for Sales (Financial Markets) at Royal Bank of Scotland, and Head of Corporate Derivatives at Citi in both Madrid and London.
Mr Canos has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, with specialism in Telecommunications Engineering. He also has an MBA from IESE in Barcelona.
Rafael Nieto Loaiza, Regional General Manager, Latin America
Mr Nieto Loaiza is a lawyer specializing in Constitutional and International Law. He was Vice Minister of Justice of Colombia. He is currently a partner at Nieto & Cia, a business and legal consulting firm, and is senior director for McLarty Associates, an international strategic advisory firm.
Mr Nieto has advised the Colombian Ministries of Defense, Security and Interior on issues including drug trafficking and human rights, as well as a number of other Latin American countries.
Mr. Nieto specializes in supporting private sector clients in diverse areas such as corporate social responsibility, strategic negotiation, crisis management, public image and reputation, lobby and expert legal advisory. He is a permanent analyst for TV and radio programs around Latin America and a columnist for six newspapers and many websites.
He has had professorial posts in Colombia and Costa Rica, and has been visiting lecturer in Europe and America. He has authored several books and articles on security, defense, armed conflicts and peace processes, human rights and international humanitarian law.
